The Realcomm CIO & Property Tech Forums are exclusive gatherings designed for CIOs and senior IT professionals across the commercial real estate spectrum, including development, REITs, owners, brokerages, and investment management sectors in key global markets such as New York, Sydney, Toronto, London, and Chicago.
Each Forum is curated by local industry-leading CIOs who generously volunteer their expertise to facilitate these educational sessions. The format typically features an afternoon of presentations led by local commercial real estate CIOs and occasional guest speakers from diverse industries, followed by networking receptions.

Nicholas Stello is the SVP, Information Technology for New-York based Vornado Realty Trust. His responsibilities include leading the company's IT initiatives as they relate to in-building cellular, networking, cyber security and smart building connectivity. Vornado’s unique assets have enabled Nick to both differentiate and increase the value of its properties by structuring innovative agreements with national cellular carriers and other related technology providers.
As Group Technology Director, Kevin is responsible for maximizing the value of technology investments in Grosvenor. With over 20 years’ experience in technology, the last 17 of which have been in the property industry, he is passionate about how technology can be used to improve sustainability in the built environment, enhance the customer’s experience, and drive business performance. Since joining Grosvenor in 2014, Kevin has spent time in both London and Hong Kong, where he headed up the IT and Digital programme and development functions.
Talia Fine is the SVP, Technology, responsible for the strategy and oversight of technology at Tanger. Prior to joining Tanger, Talia worked at Brookfield in both the office and retail sectors. She has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Dr. Burcin Kaplanoglu is a recognized industry technologist, innovator, thought leader, and keynote speaker. He is leading innovation for the Oracle Global Business Units (Industries) and is the Co-Founder of Oracle Industries Innovation Lab.
