Environmental Sustainability Forum

June 13 | 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm | Caesars Palace

Propelled by new regulatory requirements and increased investor scrutiny, ESG and especially, environmental sustainability, had been elevated to “top of mind” for many commercial real estate professionals. Defining and setting a course to meet decarbonization, electrification and net-zero carbon and energy objectives requires a cohesive plan as well as alignment among internal teams and external stakeholders. This cannot be achieved without a comprehensive strategic technology roadmap for the acquisition, measurement, analysis, remediation and reporting on key Environmental Sustainability metrics and KPIs, including a discussion on respective merits and weaknesses with the current scorecards and certifications.

This new precon event will address technology’s role in driving sustainability decisions and provide insights on aligning people, profit and purpose in the built environment. Technology platforms, energy benchmarking and reporting tools, carbon footprint reduction strategies and sustainability performance improvement areas will be addressed.
