Michelle has more than 25 years of consulting, change management, project management and workplace realignment experience that she uses to lead the U.S. workplace consulting practice at Avison Young. With a unique background that began with a career in IT consulting at Accenture and evolved into design and strategy expertise, Michelle combines that expertise with her passion for helping clients transition into new ways of working that support their business and meet the increasing expectations of their workforce. Her workplace and change management clients have included United Airlines, Underwriters Laboratories, Waste Management, and KPMG.

DeJeana Chappell serves as the Workplace Strategy Solution Leader for EY, advising a team of specialists who help to deliver integrated solutions to clients, helping to close the gap between real estate performance, user experience and future business enablement. She is a Principal in the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) practice within EY’s Strategy and Transactions organization. With more than 18 years of experience, DeJeana has helped clients strategize, design and implement workplace programs to reimagine office and real estate portfolios that enhance employee experience, optimize space and flexibility, and deliver enterprise workplace and organizational transformation.

Pam Westwater is the Manager of Digital Engagement for QuadReal Property Group. Responsible for the Digital Product and Platform offering across the portfolio, she leads a team in the development and execution of a best-in-class digital customer products and engagement strategy for tenant experience platform for the domestic real estate portfolio including commercial, industrial, residential and retail. With years of marketing, tech and brand building expertise, she finds new ways organizations can adapt to changing environments. She has launched numerous tenant facing and landlord focused solutions, including custom built platforms creating efficiencies and cost saving solutions for the business.

Greg Alcorn is Carrier’s Senior Vice President, Healthy Buildings. Prior to assuming his current position, he held leadership roles of increasing responsibility in Carrier’s distribution operations, channel management and business development, and led Carrier’s North America Commercial Equipment business and Global Joint Venture Partnerships organization. Before joining Carrier, Greg had various operating positions at Carrier’s former corporate parent United Technologies Corp. (UTC) and fellow UTC subsidiary Pratt & Whitney.

Nizar Hasan is the vice president of operations at Rheaply where he leverages his background in sales, career coaching, and education to define and drive the vision for all things business ops – HR, finance, administration, cross-functional alignment, and revenue. A steadfast champion of people-centric processes and an intrepid leader of teams, Nizar spends his days rallying colleagues around shared business goals and Rheaply’s mission to open up the circular economy for every business.
