Brad believes buildings should respond to the occupants, and that technology must seamlessly enable productivity without being a focal point. With a background in low voltage systems, he brings a unique perspective to strategizing intelligent buildings solutions. Brad is the founder the Building Intelligence Group (BIG), a non-profit association providing networking and education for intelligent building owners, operators, and professionals across all industries and at a local level.

Ana Rawson is the Director of the Facilities Technology and Innovation Division in the Office of Facility Management for PBS, overseeing critical programs such as smart buildings, computerized maintenance management, operational excellence, advanced metering and the Green Proving Ground.

Maya Setchkova is a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, San Francisco, in charge of a global account spanning all service lines. She has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, finance, brokerage, property and facility management, project management, and lease administration. Maya is passionate about introducing innovative technology to the traditionally conservative real estate sector. She has piloted/implemented a large number of new PropTech solutions in various property portfolios. Maya also serves as CFO/COO/CSO advisor to startups in the real estate and healthcare space. She is an established PropTech expert and has spoken at PropTech forums and published articles on the subject.

Rohan Bulchandani is the founder of Retransform, a provider of proptech, technology solutions and business managed services to the real estate industry. Passionate about real estate, technology and education, Rohan works closely with customers and teams in areas spanning Data Analytics, SaaS platforms and Digital Twins to further the ESG agenda. Rohan is a trustee at the Real Estate Management Institute and serves on the IMC committee for Urban Development, Smart-Cities, Real Estate & Infrastructure.

Sergey Gutkin a proven leader, specializing in business development, operations management, and master system integration. He has successfully structured and executed various strategic programs across many large enterprise portfolios. In addition, he is responsible for continuously improving and growing the IBIS firm. Sergey Gutkin continues to bridge the gap between technology and business requirements to successfully exceed client expectations.

Tim Johnson is responsible for leading Strategic Partners and Digital Ecosystems for Carrier Digital Foundry. This includes shaping and supporting the business ecosystem strategy tied to Carrier’s digital platforms and products like Abound, Carrier IO, etc. Tim is an industry veteran with 20 years of experience in the technology industry and has held a variety of management positions across sales, marketing, partners & alliances as well as business development functions.

Vineet Sinha is Executive Director and Product General Manager in Johnson Controls’ Digital Solutions business. With a career spanning 21 years, he has been at the forefront of deploying cloud, digital and IoT technologies for companies across the globe. In his current role, Vineet enables customers to achieve their smart building and sustainability goals with a solution portfolio that spans analytics, experiences and AI-enabled services. As an innovator and SME, he holds several patents in building controls and digital technologies.

Curtis Wondra as managed sales teams and customer relationships for over 16 years while designing various water and steam systems for HVAC and industrial processes. He manages the direct sales efforts for The Detection Group as well as our network of 55 representatives across the United States. Previously, Curtis worked for two different manufacturer’s representatives, managing a sales portfolio of 40+ manufacturers and suppliers.
