Sara Neff is the Head of ESG, Lendlease Americas, where she provides leadership and management oversight in developing, implementing and driving Lendlease's corporate sustainability framework in the Americas region. Prior to that role, she served as Senior Vice President, Sustainability at Kilroy Realty Corporation. Under her leadership, Kilroy has been recognized as a leader among publicly traded real estate companies on sustainability in the Americas by GRESB for seven of the last eight years as well as being recognized by NAREIT, and achieved carbon neutral operations at the end of 2020.

Sam Addison is an experienced real Estate and construction professional who has worked for over twenty years providing advice across the life cycle of commercial properties for a number of large multi-national corporate clients. These include Centrica, Whitbread, Shell, Microsoft, GSK, PeopleSoft, and Nokia Networks. She has a technical background coupled with management expertise.

Becca Timms is the Director of ESG at Jamestown. She leads environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives through the Jamestown Green program.

Joe Consolo is an industry principal with more than 20 years of business leadership experience. He has expertise in business development, operational excellence, sustainability and team leadership. Joe worked in multiple industries, including the energy, commercial, oil and gas, semiconductor, and medical fields. He started his career at Yardi in 2016 and has been instrumental in leading our growing energy business.

Andrew Klindera is the Director of EHS for Carrier’s North American Residential and Light Commercial Systems Group. Previously, Andrew held the position of Global Environmental and Operations Sustainability Leader for Carrier. He was responsible for the development and implementation of Carrier’s strategy to achieve Carbon Neutrality, including the establishment of energy management and procurement programs for Scope 1 and 2 Greenhouse Gas reduction.
