Donny Walker leads Newcomb Boyd's Intelligent Building Systems group. He has over 20 years of engineering, project management, and partner-in-charge responsibilities in communications, security and integrated building automation systems. His experience includes aviation facilities, health care buildings, judicial facilities, advanced technology developments, military installations, data centers, mixed-use developments, performing arts facilities and college campuses. With prowess designing technologically sophisticated campuses, his background encompasses over 150 projects specializing in an integrated design with network-enabled systems.

Eric Herron is the Managing Director of Development and Construction for Stream Austin. During his career, Eric has designed and overseen the design and construction, from land acquisition through occupancy, of over 15 million SF of space including ground-up construction and remodels of Class A office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and student housing with work valued at over $750M.

Alex Grace is a subject matter expert in smart building technology, big data analytics, and their impacts on building and facility operations. He currently leads the go-to-market strategy execution at Clockworks Analytics, a global building analytics platform. He has spoken at many national conferences on energy efficiency and analytics and is a published author in the textbook "Automated Diagnostics & Analytics for Buildings.”

Abe Stein is the VP of Sales at Pointr where he is responsible for leading GTM and Sales. Always looking for creative ways to improve our lives with smart technology, he is focused on bringing to life the buildings we spend so much of our lives in. Abe has been passionate about bringing our surroundings to life ever since his time in the Content Delivery Industry working with Ericsson. And more recently, Abe gained experience in IoT, Smart Buildings, and Industry 4.0 as a lead consultant in IBM’s Digital Strategy and iX practice.

Richard J. (“Dick”) Sherwin has been involved in wireless communications and radio frequency transmission for the past 30 years. Together with a number of telecommunications veterans, he founded and funded Spot On Networks, LLC, a provider of wireless telecommunications for the Multifamily Residential and Multitenant commercial building industry. Previously, he was CEO of Metromedia International Telecommunications Inc. and as a member of the Board of Directors of Metromedia International Group, Inc. since its inception. He was instrumental in establishing approximately 47 wireless and wired telecommunications ventures in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union Republics in wireless telecommunications including cellular telephony, cable television and radio paging.
