Brenna Walraven has a proven record of accomplishments in executing the business case for improved energy management, operational efficiency and environmental stewardship, having served in many senior executive rolls in real estate for 28 years. She led the effort to develop the BOMA Energy Efficiency Program and BOMA Energy Performance Contract model and was the first woman chair and chief elected officer for BOMA International.

Sara Neff is the Head of ESG, Lendlease Americas, where she provides leadership and management oversight in developing, implementing and driving Lendlease's corporate sustainability framework in the Americas region. Prior to that role, she served as Senior Vice President, Sustainability at Kilroy Realty Corporation. Under her leadership, Kilroy has been recognized as a leader among publicly traded real estate companies on sustainability in the Americas by GRESB for seven of the last eight years as well as being recognized by NAREIT, and achieved carbon neutral operations at the end of 2020.

Vaishali Sampat is Director of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility. She joined Kilroy Realty in 2013 in property management where she worked closely with the sustainability team to identify and implement efficiency projects and achieve building certifications for the West LA/Santa Monica portfolio. In 2018, she transitioned to sustainability full time and is responsible for managing environmental and building health certifications; energy, water, and waste efficiency programs, building decarbonization.

Chris Cayten is a principal at CodeGreen Solutions, a leading sustainability and energy efficiency consulting firm with offices in New York City and San Francisco. He has more than 18 years of experience in sustainability consulting, architecture and development in commercial real estate in New York City and overseas. Chris has vast expertiese creating and implementing sustainability initiatives for more than 300 million SF of commercial property around the U.S.

As Chief Markets Officer, Michael drives the firm’s brand, reputation, customer acquisition and market value by emphasizing that the company and its senior executives are a transformational force with the unique capacity to safeguard and optimize their client’s global operations. A noted writer and broadcaster on sustainability and global issues, he also leads Microshare’s risk and sustainability practices and hosts Microshare’s ground-breaking podcast, Manifest Density.

John has over 35 years of experience in building automation, energy management and M2M, having served in senior level positions for manufacturers of hardware and software products.
