Brian Schwartz has over 20 years’ experience in information technology and is currently responsible for infrastructure, end user computing, cybersecurity and privacy at Macerich as Vice President of Infrastructure. Brian’s responsibilities include both PropTech infrastructure as well as more traditional IT infrastructure to support the entire enterprise. Brian is passionate about leveraging technology to create value and enhance customer experience.

Roger Rebennack is a 35-year industry expert in electronic security and safety systems for buildings and institutions. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Jackson Control Company, a leading building automation and security distributor. As technology evolved and grew into today’s world of active shooter events, Roger has dedicated his career to help educate building owners and security managers on ideas to elevate physical security around threat level management.

Robert has more than 20 years of experience selling SaaS, online marketing, demographic and research services that have helped real estate agents, brokers and owners conduct their business more efficiently. Prior to joining Genea, he was President and Co-Owner of Catalyst Analytics. He has successfully executed sales via inside and outside sales with a specialty in real estate research, data analysis, online marketing, software and subscription sales, and social networking. Throughout his career, Robert has developed winning strategies in sales, marketing, operations and business development.
