Abby Shockley has been working in the data world since 2015. After getting her PhD in physics, she transitioned to the corporate world working in a variety of roles. She’s covered cybersecurity, healthcare, retail marketing and real estate. As the Director of Enterprise Data and Projects at Kimco Realty, she plays a key role in how data is governed and used to support business decisions.

As VP of Data & Architecture, James is focused on establishing several key capabilities that will underpin Oxford’s continued global growth objectives. It includes the delivery of an enterprise data platform and operationalize analytic capabilities that will provide accessibility to data through self-service and accelerate the delivery of business intelligence and insights. James is also responsible for establishing Oxford's Enterprise Architecture function, which will be an integral part in the modernization of Oxford’s business technology stack and establish and operationalize a decentralized operating model to implement and continuously improve business-driven intelligent automations and digitization.

Ilan Zachar is currently Chief Technology Officer at Carr Properties, a privately held REIT known for its portfolio of trophy-quality properties in the Washington D.C. In this role, Ilan leverages vision and foresight to cross-pollinate best practices, processes, systems and resources across corporate operations/affiliates. Under his leadership, this has resulted in improvements in bottom-line costs, top-line business growth/scalability, operational sustainability and high performance and overall, strengthening his company’s role as a market leader. For over 20 years, Ilan has been executive business leader and innovative technology strategist for multinational real-estate and property development companies worldwide.

Ron Bekkerman is the CTO of Cherre, overseeing Cherre’s emerging technologies. Previously, he was Assistant Professor and Director of the Big Data Science Lab at the University of Haifa, Israel. Prior to that, he was the Chief Data Officer of Viola Ventures, a founding member of the Data Science team at LinkedIn, and a Research Scientist at HP Labs in the Bay Area.

Jean-Simon Venne is a tech expert who thrives on developing and implementing new technology to solve long-standing commercial issues. He has over 25 years of experience in the fields of telecommunications, biotechnology and energy-efficiency specializing in the fast and efficient migration of technological innovations to commercial applications. With an industrial engineering background, Jean-Simon is uniquely trained to optimize the value creation opportunity that exists where new technology intersects with business and energy markets.
