With prowess designing technologically sophisticated campuses, his background encompasses over 150 projects specializing in an integrated design with network-enabled systems.

He helps determine policies and processes from security to maintenance and growth to increase building efficiency and tenant experience. As Vice President of Real Estate and Facilities for Oracle, Mike Bangs is responsible for the design, construction and operation of Oracle’s 6.5 million square feet real estate portfolio in the San Francisco bay area. Bangs has developed and operated corporate campuses around the world, including properties in Boston, Budapest, Dublin, Paris, London, Noida, Singapore, Tel Aviv, and the San Francisco Bay Area. He has more than 25 years of experience working for technology companies, including Adobe and Juniper Networks, where he served as director of global real estate.

Jason Whipple has over 20 years of experience with CRE systems engineering and managing Smart Buildings for Fortune Global 500 companies. Currently in his role at IBIS, his focus is business development and using his experience and creativity to create solutions for high expectation clients.

Rajavel Subramanian is the co-founder and CPO of Facilio. He heads Facilio’s product strategy and is committed to making it easier for property stakeholders to maintain and operate large real estate portfolios spread across geographies. Subramanian's career spans over 20 years of product and revenue operations focusing on enterprise-scale telecom, and IoT solutions. He is passionate about leveraging cloud-based solutions to solve operational challenges at the portfolio scale and transforming the future of building automation.

Natalie Patton is Buildings IOT’s Director of Customer Success, leading the team responsible for all software implementations and ongoing support. With nearly 10 years in the building automation and controls industry, Natalie works across disciplines to ensure Buildings IOT’s SaaS products are delivered to the highest standards, meeting all project specifications and compatible with the long-term development goals of the company.
