Her specialties include ERP selection and implementation, project and change management, and cybersecurity. She is also a proponent of the use of social media and the overlapping relationship between technology and marketing.

Helane Stein is SVP, CIO of Brixmor responsible for the overall technology vision, strategy, systems and infrastructure that support business operations. She leads the implementation of transformational solutions that drive organizational efficiency, increase productivity, enhance collaboration and deliver results. Brixmor owns and operates a high-quality, national portfolio of open-air shopping centers. Its 632 retail centers comprise of approximately 64 million square feet of prime retail space in established trade areas.

Donnie Law has over 29 years of experience in enterprise real estate management software development and best-practice implementations. His experience began at Walmart where he was responsible for the design and development of their architecture, construction and real estate system. Since then Donnie has developed and delivered REM and utility billing software solutions to customers around the world. As a thought leader, he is often sought out for advice and recommendations.

Stacia O’Connor currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at JBG Smith managing the leasing and lease admin functions amongst her other duties. She is considered a crucial partner with IT given her expansive knowledge of internal operations and her ability to communicate a shared vision around technology solutions. Stacia has over 25 years of real estate experience leveraging her financial expertise with various operational management roles.

Gabriel Safar is the co-founder and the CEO of LeasePilot, a cloud-based software provider that facilitates the preparation and abstraction of commercial leases. As a former real estate attorney, Safar is focused on promoting a paradigm shift in the way commercial leases are drafted, negotiated and consumed by real estate organizations.
