Jay Floyd’s twenty-six-year career has taken a holistic journey in the wireless industry as he has held senior leadership roles in key segments associated with in-building wireless. Those roles include tenures with mobile network operators Sprint, Verizon and currently T-Mobile, neutral-host operators SpectraSite and Tego Communications, and recently an executive IT leadership role with Fortune 500 hotel and casino conglomerate, MGM Resorts.

Brian Schwartz has over 20 years’ experience in information technology and is currently responsible for infrastructure, end user computing, cybersecurity and privacy at Macerich as Vice President of Infrastructure. Brian’s responsibilities include both PropTech infrastructure as well as more traditional IT infrastructure to support the entire enterprise. Brian is passionate about leveraging technology to create value and enhance customer experience.

As an information technology leader, Michael MacMahon has more than 18 years of experience pioneering and managing complex IT solutions. Through a history of collaboration with Fortune 500 companies, he is accomplished in providing technology consulting, training, strategic fiscal planning, and implementation.

Jim Hyde is a visionary and thought leader in the communications and digital infrastructure industry and brings extensive leadership experience from across the entire telecommunications ecosystem to ExteNet. As its President, CEO & Board Director, he is responsible for developing and driving the end-to-end strategy and operating performance while maximizing value for the company's customers, employees and investors.

Richard J. (“Dick”) Sherwin has been involved in wireless communications and radio frequency transmission for the past 30 years. Together with a number of telecommunications veterans, he founded and funded Spot On Networks, LLC, a provider of wireless telecommunications for the Multifamily Residential and Multitenant commercial building industry. Previously, he was CEO of Metromedia International Telecommunications Inc. and as a member of the Board of Directors of Metromedia International Group, Inc. since its inception. He was instrumental in establishing approximately 47 wireless and wired telecommunications ventures in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union Republics in wireless telecommunications including cellular telephony, cable television and radio paging.

Over the past 25 years, Michiel Lotter has been intimately involved in the growth and roll-out of wireless technologies world-wide. As CTO of Nextivity, he leads a team of engineers that have brought a number of world-first wireless products to market, and is actively working on various new aspects of in-building communications. He is the author and co-author of 34 patents across a broad range of aspects relating to wireless communications.
