Chris Cayten is a principal at CodeGreen Solutions, a leading sustainability and energy efficiency consulting firm with offices in New York City and San Francisco. He has more than 18 years of experience in sustainability consulting, architecture and development in commercial real estate in New York City and overseas. Chris has vast expertiese creating and implementing sustainability initiatives for more than 300 million SF of commercial property around the U.S.

Jon Schoenfeld is Director of Energy and Analytics for the Buildings IOT subsidiary company Kodaro. He leads the analytics team in integrating data from disparate systems and developing machine learning algorithms to advance building analytics. These software solutions improve occupant comfort, increase operational efficiency, reduce energy costs and increase equipment lifespan for building owners and occupiers around the world. A respected member of the semantic tagging community Project Haystack, Schoenfeld is redefining analytics for buildings around the world.
