Maureen Ehrenberg, FRICS, CRE, is co-founder and CEO of Blue Skyre IBE, a Colliers Strategic Partner. Ehrenberg is an internationally recognized real estate industry business leader whose expertise lies in business process transformation, strategic positioning, and operations of large, complex portfolios. She led, repositioned and doubled the size of three leading global real estate facility outsourcing businesses. With more than 35 years of experience, she has deep expertise in providing companies with global real estate advice and services. Before founding Blue Skyre, Ehrenberg held global executive roles with WeWork, JLL, CBRE, and Grubb & Ellis.

Emmanuel Daniel is currently leading digitization at the Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) Center of Excellence (CoE) in Microsoft CO+I where he is focused on accelerating the Design, Build and Turnover of Data Centers through Technology. Prior to this he led the Digital Transformation work for Microsoft’s East Campus to make it Smart, Connected, Sustainable, Accessible & Secure and was the global leader for smart building & human experiences in physical space. Emmanuel has designed and built smart buildings across the world, collectively he has worked on over 200 engagements across 30 Countries. His customer-lens, real estate and business sense, and technical expertise make him a global thought leader on how buildings, campuses and cities can (and must) be transformed with digital technologies and innovation.

John M. Hester is the owner and chief consultant at Hester Consulting, which specializes in helpings facilities managers and other consulting firms in Energy Management, Building Operations, Smart Building Application and Program Management. He recently retired as Executive Director of Global Building Engineering Services for Warner Media’s Global Real Estate team. In his role, he provided strategic and technical direction for building engineering services across the Warner Media (formerly Time Warner) portfolio and leads Centers of Excellence (COEs) for best practices in areas including equipment maintenance, HVAC, critical systems, fire/life safety, utilities operations, infrastructure planning, work order management, BMS, electrical, plumbing and energy management.

Saheel Chandrani serves as Regional Sales Manager for ABB and is responsible for Building Solutions Sales – North East. He will be leading the EL Building Solutions Sales team in the North East, building a wider customer network, demand generation, market share growth, and driving digital solutions sales for ABB Electrification Business Area. With over 15 years of industry experience, Chandrani comes to ABB from Honeywell, where he worked as a District Sales leader and was responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the building solutions and service business.

Ben Wright is a product manager with the IoT Products group for LED lighting + controls + IoT solutions provider EMC. During his tenure with EMC, Ben has served in multiple capacities, and in his current role he and his team are focused on driving value through emerging lighting technologies, as well as developing new products for the market.

Rajavel Subramanian is the co-founder and CPO of Facilio. He heads Facilio’s product strategy and is committed to making it easier for property stakeholders to maintain and operate large real estate portfolios spread across geographies. Subramanian's career spans over 20 years of product and revenue operations focusing on enterprise-scale telecom, and IoT solutions. He is passionate about leveraging cloud-based solutions to solve operational challenges at the portfolio scale and transforming the future of building automation.
