Jim Valente leads RealFoundations global Data Services Team, which is focused on helping real estate firms collect, organize and manage their data to support the investment decision making process, as well as the tracking and reporting of performance. With a core background in investment strategy and research, Jim has helped many of the largest global investors and real estate managers align their investment strategies with benchmarking and tools to measure performance and manage risk. Jim previously served as the Head of US Research for ING Clarion and Bentall Kennedy, and as both the Head of Real Estate Product Management and the Global Head of Real Estate at MSCI, Inc. During his time at MSCI Jim created and launched the PREA/IPD suite of Property Fund Indexes and transformed their attribution and risk platforms for real estate.

Kim Scharf has been the Senior Vice President of Information Technology at SITE Centers Corp. since April 2017. Before this, Kim served as SITE's Vice President of IT Enterprise Services. She is a member of the executive steering committee for SITE's Women of Influence program, the Realcomm Advisory Council, the Building Cyber Security (BCS) Advisory Board, and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

Phil Klokis is currently the CIO for the Public Buildings Service (PBS) of the General Services Administration. He is responsible for delivering Information Technology (IT) solutions and services supporting PBS' diverse real estate operations and portfolio management consisting of 1,500 owned assets, 9,000 active leased assets and nearly 350 million square feet of office space.

Andrew Perkin is a Director at Yardi Systems and works with Yardi’s largest multinational clients to architect and implement their data integration and data conversion projects. Andrew has worked in the software industry since 1994 and joined Yardi in 2005. He has worked in client services supporting strategic commercial clients and has also worked as a project manager implementing clients in Asia. Since 2011 he has managed a team of technical consultants. Andrew graduated with a BSc in Computer Science from Manchester University in the UK.
