As Senior Vice President, he leads the Digital Buildings, Customer Experience & Innovation teams, and is focused on the development and execution of the digital strategy across a global real estate portfolio.

John Petze is a partner and co-founder at SkyFoundry, the developers of SkySpark™, an analytics platform for building, energy and equipment data. John has over 35 years of experience in building automation, energy management and M2M, having served in senior level positions for manufacturers of hardware and software products.

Rick is co-founder and CEO of BuiltSpace, a secure collaboration and workflow platform for the built environment. Rick brings over 35 years of experience as serial entrepreneur, pioneering software and web-based information services within the environmental, building and construction information sectors.

Marty works with CRE clients to understand their needs and challenges, and then translates that knowledge into strategies for Digital Twin solutions and, ultimately, successful projects and compelling stories. Marty has helped bring technology products to market for more than 25 years. Prior to joining Invicara, he served in marketing, product management and business development roles for a wide range of software companies and founded two consulting firms.

Prabhu Ramachandran is the Founder and CEO of Facilio, an AI-driven platform for property operations and maintenance. Prabhu’s career spans over 20 years of product, business and customer experience focused on enterprise-scale software for IoT-based connected services, sustainable building solutions, and telecom network management.
