Tom Shircliff is a co-founder of Intelligent Buildings, a smart real estate service firm founded in 2004. Intelligent building provides services for technology strategy, vendor risk management and portfolio decarbonization.

David Gallagher leads the Digital Buildings team at Oxford Properties, an owner, manager, and developer of commercial real estate with a portfolio of over 300 buildings around the world. David is responsible for the strategy and the execution of Oxford’s digital building technology initiatives. Key projects include digital twinning and the data driven optimization of buildings.

Charles Whiteley is the digital lead for Environmental & Property Solutions (E&PS) at ExxonMobil. He manages digital strategy for the CRE portfolio, including master planning and strategy, global projects organization, facilities and operations and an environmental stewardship group. The E&PS organization in total manages ~25M square feet of CRE across the globe. He is also responsible for ExxonMobil’s strategies tied to smart buildings, digitally connected workers and resident experience. The primary driver behind Charles’ role is maximizing the value that CRE generates for the firm’s business lines.

Marc Petock is a pioneer in leading the Intelligent/Smart Buildings and M2M movements pushing the industry forward and has contributed to transforming and changing the Intelligent Buildings and M2M (now IoT) industries. As Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for Lynxspring, Marc leads corporate and product marketing, strategy, brand management, public relations and communications that support the company’s strategic and growth initiatives.

John Petze is a partner and co-founder at SkyFoundry, the developers of SkySpark™, an analytics platform for building, energy and equipment data. John has over 35 years of experience in building automation, energy management and M2M, having served in senior level positions for manufacturers of hardware and software products.

Hector Gutierrez is a seasoned technical professional with a proven track record of finding practical solutions to complex problems. From implementing virtual environments across a combination of hardware and software to streamlining pre-sales processes, Hector possesses a unique skill set that allows him to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical discussions.

Richard is Vice President of Operations at Rudin Management Company. He has over 34 years of experience in building operation, maintenance, and property management.
