The Commercial and Corporate Real Estate industry is experiencing one of the biggest periods of change in history. Much of this disruption is coming from the impacts that technology, automation and innovation are having on our business. ExxonMobil, one of the largest oil companies in the world with buildings around the globe, is applying an aggressive innovation strategy to its new Spring, TX, HQ and portfolio at large.
