TechnoPark Tower is a smart office building in Hanoi, Vietnam. Located in the smart city of Ocean Park, TechnoPark Tower was designed as an international beacon of efficiency with aggressive goals toward net-zero emissions. Built to exceed LEED Platinum standards, it is one of the few buildings in Asia to be designed and operated according to this most rigorous criteria. It is equipped with a wide range of smart features with the goal of becoming one of the top 10 intelligent buildings in the world. Its list of attributes includes: a 3,000 square meter solar panel structure, a building exterior that incorporates 26mm thick Low-E energy-saving box glass, nearly 3,000 motion sensors, over 8,570 environmental control sensors, rainwater collection/storage systems, energy sub-metering, superior cell coverage, an interactive tenant app and much more.
