Built to exceed LEED Platinum standards, it is one of the few buildings in Asia to be designed and operated according to this most rigorous criteria. It is equipped with a wide range of smart features with the goal of becoming one of the top 10 intelligent buildings in the world. Its list of attributes includes: a 3,000 square meter solar panel structure, a building exterior that incorporates 26mm thick Low-E energy-saving box glass, nearly 3,000 motion sensors, over 8,570 environmental control sensors, rainwater collection/storage systems, energy sub-metering, superior cell coverage, an interactive tenant app and much more.
