Robin Carnahan currently serves as the Administrator of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). As Administrator, she is working to empower GSA career professionals and build on the agency’s efforts to deliver the best value in real estate, acquisition, and technology services to the government and American people. Prior to joining GSA, Carnahan served in executive and leadership roles in business, academia and government, including as the Secretary of State of Missouri (2005-2013), and founded and led the State and Local Government Practice at 18F, a tech consultancy, inside GSA (2016–2020).

Sandeep Davé is the Chief Digital & Technology Officer for CBRE. In this role, Sandeep leads the company’s digital strategy and all aspects of technology globally. He and his team provide the technology capabilities and infrastructure to support CBRE’s clients and professionals across the globe. Prior to his current role, Sandeep served as Chief Digital and Technology Officer for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions business with responsibility for digital enablement and transformation of the business.

As the VP of Enterprise Applications and Operations at Phillips Edison & Company (PECO), Gary Bailey oversees the IT application development, and infrastructure and operations teams. He leads with operational excellence and innovation, delivering IT solutions that support the company's vision and goals. PECO is one of the nation's largest owners and operators of grocery-anchored shopping centers. Gary has been with PECO for 16 years, and has 24 years of IT experience, including 8 years as a Lead Network Engineer in an IT consultant role.

Joseph Martino has responsibility for Primaris’ overall Information Technology strategy. He has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Digital Transformation and Technology Operations. Joseph was previously consulting on ERP and major Digital Transformation projects and prior to that, Global VP of Information Technology at a market leader in connected vehicle and sensor technology.

He helps determine policies and processes from security to maintenance and growth to increase building efficiency and tenant experience. Kilroy is a leading West Coast landlord and developer globally recognized for sustainability, building operations, innovation and design.

Sunder Pappu has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry. He is currently the SVP Head of Technology Strategy at Inland Real Estate Group and is responsible for leading project management and application development for the IT department, while ensuring Inland’s technology strategy is aligned with businesses and that technologies are available to meet each entities’ unique business demands.

Soheil Pourhashemi is currently EVP, Business Technology and is responsible for establishing and executing the commercial real estate IT strategy, vision and roadmap for the office sector. He has a keen focus on data and analytics, automation, IoT and partnering with the business in executing new innovations across the portfolio. He leads a wide variety of initiatives including smart buildings and campus, workplace experience, mobile engagement, portfolio sustainability, and more. Neil, his team of SMEs, and their partners define device, platform, and data strategies required to enable and deliver value to Walmart and support its corporate objectives.

Helane Stein is SVP, CIO of Brixmor responsible for the overall technology vision, strategy, systems and infrastructure that support business operations. She leads the implementation of transformational solutions that drive organizational efficiency, increase productivity, enhance collaboration and deliver results. Brixmor owns and operates a high-quality, national portfolio of open-air shopping centers. Drew DePriest is a Director of Real Estate Operations Technology at McKesson. Prior to joining McKesson, Drew worked as a Facilities Management Technology for a large technology client at CBRE, where he previously led Digital Solutions globally for the firm's workplace experience platform, Host. Prior to CBRE, Drew headed the global Collaboration Services team at Aon, led business development at workplace technology startup Comfy (acquired by Siemens), and spent 12 years operations and business development at building automation firm Automated Logic.

Stuart Feilden is a Digital Transformation Leader with over 20 years of experience in the smart building technology sector. As the Digital Business Director for Enterprise Accounts at Siemens Industry Inc., he spearheads digital transformation programs using the Siemens Building X platform and partner ecosystem. Stuart is known for his strategic planning, client advocacy, and team development skills. Fred Gordy is a Smart Building industry expert and thought leader with 20 years of experience in secure control system development and implementation for Fortune 500 companies throughout the US and abroad. He has authored and participated in over 100 articles on building control cybersecurity with industry magazines as well as the Wall Street Journal, CNBC, and Healthcare publications. Tim Vogel is the Director of IoT at KMC Controls, leading initiatives around cloud-connected products and solutions, including the IoT and automation platform KMC Commander. Working in building automation and industrial IoT since 2016, he manages channel partners across OT and IT segments, OEM partnerships in energy and solar, large-scale accounts, cybersecurity products, and third-party partnerships with many leaders in PropTech.

Brett Fisher is the Senior Director of Product Management for Workplace Service Delivery, and is tasked with defining and executing on the roadmap for the platform. Previously, he was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, with responsibilities in leading the IWMS practice. As Tech Lead and Staff Software Engineer of Google’s Core Enterprise Machine Learning team, John Sipple is on a mission to deploy novel fault detection and diagnostics and practical smart control to large-scale industrial problems. John leads multiple development efforts that combine multidimensional anomaly detection with model explainability. He also leads a research effort to deploy reinforcement learning to make commercial office buildings more efficient and environmentally sustainable. John has also worked on dialog summarization models for Google chat. Before joining Google, John developed and applied algorithms, statistical analysis, and machine learning solutions to cybersecurity, precision agriculture, counterfeit detection, and missile defense.

Chris Christensen is the Cybersecurity Director for Honeywell Building Automation (BA). He leads a team that is responsible for educating and helping customers’ efforts to protect their operational technology (OT) critical infrastructure environments. Chris oversees the cybersecurity business globally, including the integration with development, partnerships, marketing of solutions, sales, and operations.He passionately believes that cybersecurity is everyone's shared responsibility and through awareness, education, accountability and positive reinforcement, everyone in an organization can work together to create a safer environment.

Ken Kurz brings over 20 years of leadership and operational experience in cybersecurity, network technologies, information systems, risk mitigation and remediation, and technical project management to COPT. Supporting COPT as CIO since 2016, he has prior experience as the CISO for the University of Delaware, CISO for the University of Oklahoma, and CIO for the US Naval Academy Alumni Association & Foundation. He has also held various technical and leadership positions within the Department of Defense.

Clare Meredith is a Technology Program Manager at Google whose primary focus is within the Digital Building space. She leads a process known as Device Qualification which ensures devices deployed on Google networks meet strict network and security requirements. Clare started her career in Real Estate in Facilities Management in 2010, before moving to CBRE in 2017 as a Project Coordinator for the Google Enterprise Network team. From late 2020 until just recently, she chaired the Building Controls Steering Committee for an Alliance, working alongside peers across industry to promote the importance of high standards in cyber security.

Chris Barbier is a Senior Director at Yardi responsible for solutions related to the investment side of real estate as well as Yardi’s independent consultant program. He has over 30 years of experience working within the real estate industry mainly on the investment side as an accountant, director of technology, consultant and providing technology solutions. Chris collaborates with clients and teams within Yardi to provide a suite of products focused on Investment Management, from interacting with investors, accounting for complex structures, calculating performance and providing full transparency investor to asset operations.

Michael Clawar is SVP, Innovation at Altus Group, where he leads data science, innovation, and data & analytics solution development. Michael joined Altus Group in 2021 following the acquisition of StratoDem Analytics, a data science as a service firm he founded and ran. He specializes in building technology solutions for commercial real estate through applied machine learning, AI, and econometrics.

Ajoy Bhattacharya is a Senior Technology Strategist working within Microsoft’s AEC sub vertical. In his role he works with CIOs and other executives to strategize on their IT and Innovation plans. He also serves as an Industry Executive for the AEC space. Prior to joining Microsoft Ajoy was a senior leader in IT and Innovation roles at Suffolk Construction, one of largest privately held General Contractors and a leader in the Construction industry. His passion lies in disrupting the construction industry and some of his works has led to innovative solutions for this industry that were created on Microsoft’s platforms.

L.D. Salmanson has extensive experience founding, advising, and investing in leading private technology companies. Prior to founding Cherre, he served as Executive Director of Oppenheimer’s Private Shares Group, after Oppenheimer acquired GreenCrest Capital, a firm he co-founded to enable pre-IPO transactions in some of the largest private technology companies in the world, including Facebook, Twitter and Uber.

Edi Demaj is one of the Co-Founders of KODE Labs and is a key contributor to the vision and roadmap for the company. He is responsible for helping bridge the gap between technology, product and other areas within the company. Prior to KODE Labs, he was the Co-Founder of Rocket Fiber, top three fastest internet providers in America and a Managed Services provider.

Etrit Demaj, Co-Founder of KODE Labs, leads the company’s operations, with responsibility for businesses in North America and Europe. He also oversees the company’s ongoing expansion efforts into emerging markets. Before KODE Labs, Etrit helped run operations and sales with other companies in the industry.

Thano Lambrinos has over 15 years’ experience in the construction and building technologies space, and leverages digital transformation learnings across vertical markets to drive innovation and change in commercial real estate. At QuadReal, Thano works to deploy advanced technologies that redefine the way buildings are designed, built, managed, and how the occupants experience their environments. As Senior Vice President, he leads the Digital Buildings, Customer Experience & Innovation teams, and is focused on the development and execution of the digital strategy across a global real estate portfolio.

Shaun Cooley is the Founder and CEO of Mapped, the independent data layer for commercial real estate powering the future of PropTech. With over 25 years of industry experience, he previously served as Vice President & CTO for Cisco’s Internet of Things (IoT) Business, responsible for Cisco’s long-term IoT technology strategy. Prior to that, he was a Distinguished Engineer for Norton, by Symantec, contributing to the creation and advancement of offerings in the Norton portfolio. Shaun holds a master’s degree in computer science from University of Illinois and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He is an active angel investor and a start-up mentor through Forum Ventures. Shaun is named inventor on over 125 issued United States patents and was previously a director of the Open Connectivity Foundation and former board member of Attivo Networks.

Alan Jackson has a deep background in technology's role in the architecture, engineering and construction industry. For over 20 years, his work has spanned mechanical design, project management, construction management, and technology integration into the built environment. The professional roles he has held from design and engineering to deployment and as an owner operator, has given Alan the experience in the building lifecycle to develop solutions at Google that continue to deliver on its goals around security, sustainability and business value.

Having spent most of his career within the Distech Controls organization with 15 years of experience in the industry, Ryan Sen most recently served as Director of Sales where he was in charge of the sales channel for the entire Canada. He has previously held a multitude of management roles within the organization. Ryan has also performed Business Development for the Distech Controls Energy Services division and briefly supported the Canadian Market in a Regional Sales Management role.

Brian leads FPC Global’s Technical Consulting practice where they support the development and delivery of digital programs across client’s portfolios at scale. He is tasked with the organizational & technical development of the team required to support FPC & their clients goals. With a variety of roles in consulting, product management, solutioning, design, and operations, across many different verticals, Brian has spent over 15 years helping clients give shape to, and realizing, their strategic goals. This breath of experience gives him a unique understanding of how the technology stack in the built environment can be leveraged to create value and achieve a clients goals.

Corey Blatt is the National Smart Buildings Program Manager in the Facility Technology and Innovation branch of Office of Facilities Management (OFM). In this role, he oversees all aspects of the Smart Building program to include integration guidance, Fault Detection & Diagnosis (FDD) also known as GSAlink, and technical advice in the implementation of program policy, goals, plans and objectives. Corey had a 20 year career in all aspects of BAS in the private sector prior to joining GSA.

Ana Rawson is the Director of the Facilities Technology and Innovation Division in the Office of Facility Management for PBS, overseeing critical programs such as smart buildings, computerized maintenance management, operational excellence, advanced metering and the Green Proving Ground.

Sandy Shadchehr is the Director of the Buildings Technology Services Division within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO). She manages a portfolio of cutting edge technology projects related to Smart Buildings, Internet of Things (IoT), Workplace Innovation Lab (WIL), Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE), and the Zero Trust Framework for the Public Building Services (PBS) within GSA. Under Sandy’s leadership, GSA IT has pioneered the next generation of Smart Buildings for the national GSA portfolio by implementing practical and interoperable solutions, while maintaining a strong cyber posture. Her focus areas also include creating scalable, flexible platforms that allow GSA to evolve with new technology and market conditions.

Lee Turner is the National Capital Region Smart Buildings Program Manager in the Facilities Management & Services Program (FMSP) branch of Office of Facilities Management (OFM). In this role, Lee oversees all Regional aspects of the Smart Building program to include integration guidance, Fault Detection & Diagnosis (FDD) also known as GSAlink, Unified User Interface, NCR’s Regional Operations Center (ROC) and technical advice in the implementation of program policy, goals, plans and objectives. Prior to joining GSA, Lee had a 20 year career in all aspects of BAS in the private sector with smart buildings technologies.

Pete Schow's career spans over 20 years in Information Technology with 17 years in various sectors of Real Estate. Throughout his career, he has managed multiple enterprise level initiatives in Residential/Multi Family development, Investment Real Estate, Commercial Mortgage, Debt as an Asset, and Private Equity.
