Darryl DeAngelis is the Director of Business Development for EBTRON since 2018, a well-known pioneer in thermal dispersion airflow measurement and control technology. He has over 40 years in the HVAC industry, four related patents and, obtained LEED AP in 2003. Darryl is a voting member of ASHRAE and ASTM, developing standards and guidelines focused on indoor air quality (IAQ), energy and sustainability, controls, and maintenance. He represents EBTRON as a member of the board of directors for ASHB, a partner of IFMA, AABC, NASECO.

Krishna Kasturi is Chief Technology Officer of Connected Buildings at Honeywell International, working to drive the connectivity, data and outcome driven solutions for Building Automation industry. Prior to Honeywell, he was the CTO and executive director at Baker Hughes and GE where he lead the digital transformation journey in Industrial sector as well as sustainability solutions. Prior to CBRE, Drew headed the global Collaboration Services team at Aon, led business development at workplace technology startup Comfy (acquired by Siemens), and spent 12 years operations and business development at building automation firm Automated Logic.

He has authored and participated in over 100 articles on building control cybersecurity with industry magazines as well as the Wall Street Journal, CNBC, and Healthcare publications. Tim Vogel is the Director of IoT at KMC Controls, leading initiatives around cloud-connected products and solutions, including the IoT and automation platform KMC Commander. Working in building automation and industrial IoT since 2016, he manages channel partners across OT and IT segments, OEM partnerships in energy and solar, large-scale accounts, cybersecurity products, and third-party partnerships with many leaders in PropTech.

Brett Fisher is the Senior Director of Product Management for Workplace Service Delivery, and is tasked with defining and executing on the roadmap for the platform. Ken Kurz brings over 20 years of leadership and operational experience in cybersecurity, network technologies, information systems, risk mitigation and remediation, and technical project management to COPT. Supporting COPT as CIO since 2016, he has prior experience as the CISO for the University of Delaware, CISO for the University of Oklahoma, and CIO for the US Naval Academy Alumni Association & Foundation. He has also held various technical and leadership positions within the Department of Defense.

Clare Meredith is a Technology Program Manager at Google whose primary focus is within the Digital Building space. She leads a process known as Device Qualification which ensures devices deployed on Google networks meet strict network and security requirements. Clare started her career in Real Estate in Facilities Management in 2010, before moving to CBRE in 2017 as a Project Coordinator for the Google Enterprise Network team. From late 2020 until just recently, she chaired the Building Controls Steering Committee for an Alliance, working alongside peers across industry to promote the importance of high standards in cyber security.

Jonathan (JP) Flaherty is the Director of Sustainability at Tishman Speyer, one of the leading owners, developers, operators and fund managers of first-class real estate worldwide. In this role, he manages sustainability certificates, investor communications, worldwide performance tracking, and technological innovation implementation.

Ryan Knudson, is the AVP for Operations and Energy Management at Macerich. He is responsible for the development, execution and operations for all Capital Expense Energy and Smart Building projects as well as national program vendor management. He oversees the daily operations of Macerich’s portfolio with a focus on same center NOI growth.

Andy Schonberger is currently Vice President of Client Services at Intelligent Buildings helping clients with advisory, site assessments and managed services. He has 15 years’ experience in facilities management and technology, ranging from large industrial to commercial office where he has held engineering, project management, advisory and hands-on implementation roles for organizations including Earth Rangers, Cisco Systems and the Canada Green Buildings Council (where he was Past Chair of the Toronto Chapter).

He has over 20 years of engineering, project management, and partner-in-charge responsibilities in communications, security and integrated building automation systems. His experience includes aviation facilities, health care buildings, judicial facilities, advanced technology developments, military installations, data centers, mixed-use developments, performing arts facilities and college campuses. With prowess designing technologically sophisticated campuses, his background encompasses over 150 projects specializing in an integrated design with network-enabled systems.

Daniel Goldstein is a seasoned product manager with over a decade of experience in bringing innovative solutions to market. With an understanding of consumer needs and market dynamics, he has led cross-functional teams to launch successful products across diverse industries, including elevators, specialty chemicals, and consumer goods. David Witherspoons’s role within Honeywell’s Global Offering Management team affords him the opportunity to work closely with leadership of the Hardware, Software, and Field Device groups to conceptualize and plan the future direction of Honeywell solutions, specifically those aligned with the Niagara portfolio. His duties encompass overseeing new product launches, improving existing offerings, and strategically evolving the portfolio across the global brand channels of Honeywell Building Automation. Farukh Aslam is the Chief Executive Officer of Sinclair Digital (SD) a low voltage design and consulting company developing Digital DC-Microgrid Buildings. In 2019, Aslam successfully developed the Sinclair Marriott Autograph Hotel which is widely considered the most diverse PoE and DC Microgrid project in North America. From the completion of the Sinclair Hotel, Aslam created SD to bring expertise of the sustainability and cost benefits of a DC building infrastructure to the marketplace. Since its inception SD has been involved in several design build projects and continues to evolve DC infrastructure in buildings.

Andrew Lu serves as Director of Product Management in the Engineering Sustainability Office (ESO) at Cisco. He passionately nurtures and promotes DC-microgrid solutions like Fault Managed Power (FMP) and Power over Ethernet(PoE) for sustainable building infrastructure. Prior to Cisco, Andrew’s career spanned multiple sectors including industrial automation, intelligent building system integration, and home automation. Andrew represents Cisco as a co-founder and the President of the FMP Alliance.

Bob Voss is a Distinguished Engineer in Panduit Corporate Research and Development, driving technological innovation. Focused on industrial and building automation, his expertise spans shepherding of groundbreaking technologies such as Single Pair Ethernet and Fault Managed Power. Bob plays a key role in setting global engineering standards in IEEE, TIA, NEMA, ODVA, and NFPA, as well as nurturing strategic technology partnerships. Bob is the chairman and one of the founders of the FMP Alliance.

Corey Blatt is the National Smart Buildings Program Manager in the Facility Technology and Innovation branch of Office of Facilities Management (OFM). In this role, he oversees all aspects of the Smart Building program to include integration guidance, Fault Detection & Diagnosis (FDD) also known as GSAlink, and technical advice in the implementation of program policy, goals, plans and objectives. Corey had a 20 year career in all aspects of BAS in the private sector prior to joining GSA.

Ana Rawson is the Director of the Facilities Technology and Innovation Division in the Office of Facility Management for PBS, overseeing critical programs such as smart buildings, computerized maintenance management, operational excellence, advanced metering and the Green Proving Ground.

Sandy Shadchehr is the Director of the Buildings Technology Services Division within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO). She manages a portfolio of cutting edge technology projects related to Smart Buildings, Internet of Things (IoT), Workplace Innovation Lab (WIL), Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE), and the Zero Trust Framework for the Public Building Services (PBS) within GSA. Under Sandy’s leadership, GSA IT has pioneered the next generation of Smart Buildings for the national GSA portfolio by implementing practical and interoperable solutions, while maintaining a strong cyber posture. Her focus areas also include creating scalable, flexible platforms that allow GSA to evolve with new technology and market conditions.

Lee Turner is the National Capital Region Smart Buildings Program Manager in the Facilities Management & Services Program (FMSP) branch of Office of Facilities Management (OFM). In this role, Lee oversees all Regional aspects of the Smart Building program to include integration guidance, Fault Detection & Diagnosis (FDD) also known as GSAlink, Unified User Interface, NCR’s Regional Operations Center (ROC) and technical advice in the implementation of program policy, goals, plans and objectives. Prior to joining GSA, Lee had a 20 year career in all aspects of BAS in the private sector with smart buildings technologies.

Thano Lambrinos has over 15 years’ experience in the construction and building technologies space, and leverages digital transformation learnings across vertical markets to drive innovation and change in commercial real estate. At QuadReal, Thano works to deploy advanced technologies that redefine the way buildings are designed, built, managed, and how the occupants experience their environments. Prior to becoming CIO, James was the CISO at Related Companies. He has over 20 years of experience in helping businesses navigate the digital landscape, optimize infrastructure technology, and secure company assets.

Andres Rodriguez is the Director, Building Connectivity and has over 15 years’ experience in IT/OT environments in healthcare, finance, oil and gas and real estate.
