Michael Beteag is a strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO), digital leader, and fan experience executive with over 30 years of expertise in scalable technology strategies. He has a proven track record of implementing solutions for startups, mature businesses, Fortune 1000 companies, and professional sports teams.

Lincoln Bleveans has been an executive in the global energy industry for nearly 30 years and currently leads Stanford University’s mission-critical operations and world-leading innovation in sustainability and resilience, utilities, and infrastructure. He is a committee member of the Board of Oversight of the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory and is active as a mentor and board member for technology start-ups in North America, Europe, and India.

Brad is the Sales Director for Abound & Digital products at Automated Logic, a division of Carrier Global Corp, a leading provider of innovative building automation, IoT, and energy management solutions. Brad has over 14 years of HVAC & BMS industry experience across all sectors of the business in various roles in global and domestic, sales, product management, and business development responsibilities.

Emmanuel Daniel is CEO & Founder of ALOSANAR. He is a visionary expert in workplace technology and human experience design focusing on Workplace Strategy, Sustainability, Smart Buildings, Cities & Campuses. He is known for his contributions to creating harmonious and efficient work environments across the world. With over two decades of experience at the intersection of technology and human behavior, Emmanuel has shaped the landscape of modern workplaces through his innovative strategies and empathetic approach to design.

Jacques de Chalendar is an Adjunct Professor and a researcher affiliated with Stanford’s Energy Science & Engineering department. He develops mathematical and computational tools for energy engineering problems, with a special focus on making the energy consumption of multi-zone commercial buildings more efficient and flexible using automation, low-cost distributed sensors, and methods to make decisions under uncertainty. The unique experimentation testbed developed at Stanford for in-the-wild “stress tests” of multi-zone commercial buildings has generated data and insights that now fuel an ambitious research program to unlock new energy efficiency and flexibility opportunities.

Drew DePriest is a Director of Real Estate Operations Technology at McKesson. Prior to joining McKesson, Drew worked as a Facilities Management Technology for a large technology client at CBRE, where he previously led Digital Solutions globally for the firm's workplace experience platform, Host. Prior to CBRE, Drew headed the global Collaboration Services team at Aon, led business development at workplace technology startup Comfy (acquired by Siemens), and spent 12 years operations and business development at building automation firm Automated Logic.

Brett Fisher is the Senior Director of Product Management for Workplace Service Delivery, and is tasked with defining and executing on the roadmap for the platform. Previously, he was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, with responsibilities in leading the IWMS practice. Brett has a decade of experience in leveraging technology to enable the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) function. He has led real estate technology strategy engagements, inclusive of technology system selection and modernization programs. He has relationships with real estate leaders, orchestrated the relationships with a variety of technology partners, and is a published thought leader, commenting on the future of real estate technology.

Robert Fitzgerald is the Regional Technology Director for JLL Technologies. In this role, Robert helps clients shape their digital transformation strategy. He and his team provide advisory and consulting expertise to clients to help identify, select, implement, and sustain workplace technologies, bringing fit for purpose solutions that deliver targeted business outcomes supporting workplace experience, portfolio optimization, operational efficiency, and carbon footprint reduction. Prior to his current role, Robert held several leadership roles with Nokia Workplace Resources helping transform their portfolio, organization and digital landscape globally.

Sergey Gutkin a proven leader, specializing in business development, operations management, and master system integration. He has successfully structured and executed various strategic programs across many large enterprise portfolios. In addition, he is responsible for continuously improving and growing the IBIS firm. Sergey Gutkin continues to bridge the gap between technology and business requirements to successfully exceed client expectations.

Brian Haines is a veteran of marketing and product management of Cloud and desktop products specifically created for the building industry. Brian writes extensively on the topic of BIM and facilities and contributes a bi-monthly column to Revit Community online and is an active blogger. He is a frequent speaker and has presented at events such as Autodesk University, IFMA World Workplace, NFM&T and the AIA convention.

As a key member of Stanford University’s Sustainability and Energy Management (SEM) team, Gerry Hamilton oversees the department’s long-term energy use planning; designs, implements, and directs assessment and outreach for sustainability programs; oversees business systems and analytics initiatives; and steers academic integration to aid program implementation.

Arjun Kaicker is an Architect and Workplace Consultant with over 20 years experience specialising in innovative workplace design and technology, business and user needs evaluation and most recently, AI driven workplace optimisation. As Co-Head of Workplace Strategies at Zaha Hadid Architects and previously as Head of Workplace Consulting at Foster + Partners, he has worked on over 200 office projects in over 50 countries, including headquarters for Apple, Bloomberg, Comcast and HSBC.

Kapil Lahoti serves as Chief Digital Technology Officer for CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business. In this capacity, Kapil and his team are responsible for developing digital strategies and delivering technology solutions to meet the needs of CBRE’s GWS business which includes Facilities Management, Project Management and Management Consulting. Kapil has more than 20 years of experience driving business value through transformative technology initiatives.

Sabine Lam brings the digital building vision to the forefront of Google's Facility Operation teams, enabling a secure, integrated and scalable platform that delivers next generation services to realize 2030 sustainability commitments, operational efficiency, and support healthy and productive spaces for Googlers. Her responsibilities include leading the development of a Workplace Platform to efficiently integrate building systems, facilitating the transition to a digitized and connected real estate portfolio, and collaborating with industry leaders to inspire and enable industry transformation.

Clament Lijoy is the Global Lead for Smart Workplace Technologies at EY. As founding leader and architect of EY’s digital occupant experience, Clament has been focused on bringing together workplace experience apps, workplace IoT, Indoor Location Technologies, Digital Twin, Big Data aggregation platforms and allied smart technologies to create the next wave of Intelligent-Interactive-Intuitive workplaces for EY, now with deployments across nearly 250 locations in 25 countries.

Steven McKissick is a Senior Director for MRI Software. Steven’s focus is on strategic real estate solutions that enhance the power of technology and data analytics across organizations. He has deep experience in organizational transformation, operational process improvement, solution delivery, and strategic advisory across many of the Forbes Top 50 companies.

Marc Olson is a seasoned digital executive and entrepreneur with a diverse career. He has held executive roles at Johnson Controls, McAfee, and Sybari Software (acquired by Microsoft). He then moved into Industrial IoT, energy analytics, and AI, with senior positions at Bsquare, Software AG, and Energy Exemplar. Recently, he joined Carrier as a senior leader of the Abound solutions. Marc has deep business and technology knowledge, particularly in energy and building management, and has spent a decade working abroad, gaining valuable international experience.

Jeff Peel is a Real Estate Technology professional with over 20 years of industry experience. Jeff specializes in system implementations and has led Real Estate application roll outs for several Fortune 500 companies. He is an expert on Real Estate processes including transactions, lease administration, lease accounting, capital projects, and space management. Jeff currently works for AIG in the Global Corporate Real Estate group where he is the IWMS Program Manager.

Marc Petock is a pioneer in leading the Intelligent/Smart Buildings and M2M movements pushing the industry forward and has contributed to transforming and changing the Intelligent Buildings and M2M (now IoT) industries. As Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for Lynxspring, Marc leads corporate and product marketing, strategy, brand management, public relations and communications that support the company’s strategic and growth initiatives.

In his role, Neil Ross leads the development and delivery of product and technology strategy across Walmart’s corporate real estate portfolio. He leads a wide variety of initiatives including smart buildings and campus, workplace experience, mobile engagement, portfolio sustainability, and more. Neil, his team of SMEs, and their partners define device, platform, and data strategies required to enable and deliver value to Walmart and support its corporate objectives.

Tal Rotman has led partnerships and sales teams for over 15 years. Currently, as VP Partnerships, Tal is working with the Partner Ecosystem to transform how we interact with buildings. Together, we're focused on enhancing visitor experiences through digital maps, indoor location technology, and smart analytics. He is particularly inspired by the Pointr vision to digitally transform venues to create built environments that are not only more intuitive and efficient but also sustainable and accessible.

Paarth Shukla is an experienced IT Leader with a demonstrated history of working in the HighTech/Ed industry for 22 years. He currently leads management of complex critical infrastructure, computing endpoints, cybersecurity, and Industrial Control Systems technology landscape at Stanford University.

Luis Suau is the Chief Business Officer at Sinclair Digital. With 40 years of overall IT experience; ,26 of them at Cisco, Luis previously worked as a Technical Leader in Cisco's IOT Business Unit and was a key member in developing Cisco's Digital Ceiling and Digital Building Solutions. Luis helped to engineer the highly innovative Marriott Sinclair Hotel which leverages the use of Lithium-Ion Energy Storage, Digital Electricity, POE and USB-C. After its completion in 2020, Luis left Cisco to pursue his passion of expanding the scope of Digital Building Systems with a goal of developing a Building as a DC Microgrid.

As the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Sr. Smart Building Consultant with DB Engineering, Kyle Tooke drives strategy and execution of complex technology, engineering, and data initiatives with DB Engineering’s new and existing clients. Kyle has over 10 years of experience working in the digital infrastructure and smart building technology space.

Diego Ferreiro Val is Co-Founder & CEO at Trebellar. Prior to founding the company in 2021, Diego worked for nearly a decade at Salesforce, where he served as VP of Engineering and Principal Architect of platform at Salesforce. Prior to Salesforce, Diego began his career in software engineering at Yahoo!

Goutham Vulpala is currently AVP, Enterprise Applications at Phillips Edison & Company. In his current role, Goutham manages a team responsible of enterprise application architecture, development, and data analytics. Previously, he was with Citibank where he was the application development group manager responsible for ATM application development and customer survey data analytics. Goutham also was with Cincinnati Bell where he held various senior positions in IT.

Charles Whiteley is VP, Global Digital Leader, B+P at AECOM. He has 15+ years of experience driving digital and business transformation efforts for Fortune 100 companies across a variety of industries. Charles is responsible for defining global digital strategy for AECOM’s B+P (Buildings and Places) business line and acts a key technology and strategy advisor for key client and government pursuits tied to smart cities, digital twins, smart campuses, common data environments, sustainability and large scale master plans and urban revitalization efforts.
