POST CONFERENCE RECAP

REALCOMM IBCON 2026

For four incredible days in San Diego, the commercial and corporate real estate technology community came together to learn, share ideas, challenge assumptions, and explore what comes next for our industry.

Realcomm IBcon 2026 was defined not only by the conversations taking place on stage, but by the hundreds of conversations happening between sessions, in the exhibit hall, during networking events, over coffee, on the golf course, and throughout the convention center. Long time colleagues reconnected, new relationships were formed, and practitioners from across the industry openly shared experiences, successes, challenges, and lessons learned.

Centered around this year's theme, The Tech REset: Now to Next. Focus. Adjust. Accelerate, the conference explored how organizations are moving beyond experimentation and into a new era of operational deployment. Across AI, cybersecurity, connected buildings, digital infrastructure, and enterprise transformation, the conversation increasingly focused on execution, scalability, governance, and measurable business outcomes.

Perhaps the strongest takeaway from the week was the energy and engagement of the community itself. Sessions were packed. Questions continued long after presentations ended. Hallway discussions regularly turned into impromptu working groups. Attendees weren't simply exploring what's possible; they were sharing how they are actively deploying new technologies, solving real operational challenges, and preparing their organizations for the future.

That spirit of openness, collaboration, and peer-to-peer learning has always been what makes Realcomm IBcon unique, and it was on full display throughout the week.

To everyone who attended, presented, sponsored, exhibited, advised, volunteered, and contributed: thank you. Your participation, expertise, and enthusiasm made Realcomm IBcon 2026 an unforgettable experience.
