As the founder of Bay Tech Advisors, Stuart is an advisor to various PropTech startups and VCs and he provides Digital and Technology advice to firms across the real estate, private equity, and investment management industries. Stuart is currently on the board of the US Proptech Council and was previously an Innovation & Technology leader at CBRE, where he led their technology and smart buildings work at Google.
Clark Ardern is Chief Technology Officer at Link Logistics, where he leads technology strategy and the delivery of digital products for employees, partners, investors, and customers. Founded in 2019 as a subsidiary of Blackstone, Link operates 3,000+ warehouses across North America, providing leasing, facility management, site selection, and build-to-suit services to support efficient last-mile distribution. Jeff Beavers is Executive Director with National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). With more than 30 years in the information and communications technology (ICT) industry, Jeff began his telecommunications career in the U.S. Air Force. He has served in various design and consulting roles in many types of industries, including the Department of Defense, municipal and federal government, K–12 and higher education, healthcare, sports and entertainment, data centers, and utilities (broadband, water, energy, wind and solar). Jeff is a Registered Communications Distribution Designer and has the OSP Designer credential. He is a recognized subject matter expert and past President of BICSI, a global professional association supporting the advancement of the ICT community.
Howard Berger has over 30 years of experience in technology and commercial/investment real estate. As Realcomm's SVP Programs, he manages its US and international conferences and CIO programs. Previously, he was with The Jamesan Group, which specialized in strategic technology consulting for the commercial real estate industry and prior to that, he was with TRW Real Estate Information Systems where he developed real estate information systems for the mortgage, appraisal and title insurance industries.
Robin Berumen is ARA’s Senior Vice President, Information Technology, responsible for overseeing all technology operations, including property technology, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. He oversees the firm’s technical auditing and digital wellness programs and leads the firm’s technology vendor management across departments. He also serves on the firm’s IT Steering Committee. Previously, he served as a Manager of Server Infrastructure at Anschutz Entertainment Group.
Ajoy Bhattacharya is a Senior Technology Strategist working within Microsoft’s AEC sub vertical. In his role he works with CIOs and other executives to strategize on their IT and Innovation plans. He also serves as an Industry Executive for the AEC space. Prior to joining Microsoft Ajoy was a senior leader in IT and Innovation roles at Suffolk Construction, one of largest privately held General Contractors and a leader in the Construction industry. His passion lies in disrupting the construction industry and some of his works has led to innovative solutions for this industry that were created on Microsoft’s platforms.
Jeff Blasbalg joined Dealpath in 2024 as Senior Director of Product, focused on strengthening transparency, data-driven decision-making, and process digitization for commercial real estate professionals. He brings deep experience in product strategy, data analytics, and CRE investment technology. Prior to Dealpath, Jeff held leadership roles at Lightcast and CoStar Group, including Vice President of Product Management for CoStar’s flagship Suite product. He began his career at Resolve Technology, later acquired by CoStar, where he ultimately led the Investment Analysis division as Chief Operating Officer.
Andrew Blauvelt is Vice President of Product and Commercial at Noda, where he leads strategy and growth for the company's agentic AI platform for commercial building operations. Andrew brings a rare combination of hands-on engineering expertise and enterprise commercial leadership; he began his career as a building controls field technician, went on to work as an energy engineer at AECOM, and spent nearly a decade in product, sales engineering, and business development roles at Acuity Brands, where he served as Head of Product for Atrius (BuildingOS). That trajectory — from the mechanical room to the boardroom — gives him a grounded, practical perspective on what it actually takes to optimize building performance at scale. His work has earned multiple industry recognitions, including Top Product of 2024 and the Sustainability Leadership Award.
Ryan Botwinick is CEO and founder of Fyxt, an AI-powered property operations platform for commercial real estate. An operator first, he focuses on embedding AI directly into real workflows rather than layering on new tools. He founded Fyxt after seeing how fragmented systems and manual processes increase risk and limit scale across portfolios. His work centers on overlooked workflows like inspections, compliance, and vendor performance, using automation to drive efficiency. Fyxt partners with complex portfolios to standardize operations to optimize teams. Clayton Broemsen is VP of IT Infrastructure for Cousins Properties, a REIT based in Atlanta, GA. He is responsible for all aspects of Cousins’ IT Infrastructure as it applies to the Corporate Office and Property Infrastructure including Networks, End User Devices, Security, Data Centers and Disaster Recovery.
Joe Brown is responsible for enhancing technology, innovation, resiliency and sustainability, driving value across KingSett's real estate portfolio of over $16 billion of assets under management. He began his career consulting on energy projects and building commissioning and has spent the last 15 years in building technology and operations through various roles.
Howard Buzick is co-founder and SVP Business Development for American Bandwidth. He builds relationships with mobile operators, network solution providers, and other partners to enable seamless and secure indoor coverage using the Passpoint® standard from the Wi-Fi Alliance. He is keenly interested in public safety, and sees economically viable indoor connectivity as a key initiative to keep people safe indoors. Howard has over 25 years of experience working in the wireless industry and has been focused on enabling cellular and Wi-Fi convergence since 2009. As VP Business Development for Boingo Wireless, he executed the industry’s first major Passpoint agreements with wireless carriers.
Michael Clawar is SVP, Innovation at Altus Group, where he leads data science, innovation, and data & analytics solution development. Michael joined Altus Group in 2021 following the acquisition of StratoDem Analytics, a data science as a service firm he founded and ran. Edi Demaj is one of the Co-Founders of KODE Labs and is a key contributor to the vision and roadmap for the company. He is responsible for helping bridge the gap between technology, product and other areas within the company. Prior to KODE Labs, he was the Co-Founder of Rocket Fiber, top three fastest internet providers in America and a Managed Services provider.
Etrit Demaj is a co-founder of KODE Labs and a key contributor behind its vision and product roadmap. With over 15 years in the real estate industry, he developed a deep understanding of the untapped potential of data in the built environment. Recognizing the need for a smarter, more connected future, he co-founded KODE Labs alongside his brother, Edi Demaj, and friend, Gentrit Gojani. A built-environment veteran with more than 30 years of experience, Ryan bridges building automation, operational technology (OT), and enterprise priorities to turn building data into outcomes; reducing energy waste, improving reliability and comfort, and enabling scalable portfolio governance. Frank Durso has 25+ years experience with building automation, energy efficiency, commercial/ industrial utility program management, business development and operations management. He is currently the Associate Director for the Stanford Facilities Automation Center. The FAC is responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of all of the University’s building automation assets.
Rick Ferrino is a leader at the intersection of real estate, data, and technology, currently serving as Chief Data Officer at JLL, where he leads the firm’s global data strategy to drive innovation and unlock value for clients. He joined JLL from Blackstone, where as Head of Real Estate Data he built data infrastructure and analytics capabilities to support investment and asset management across its global portfolio. Previously, as Chief Data Officer at VTS, he helped establish the data foundation behind one of the industry’s leading PropTech leasing platforms, transforming how landlords and brokers manage portfolios and operate.

Victor Iaccino is Vice President, Operations at CT REIT where he oversees the property management and operations teams. Victor has over 15 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining CT REIT in 2016, he held a number of roles at Canadian Tire Real Estate Ltd within their development and operation groups.
Dr. Jeslu Celine Jacob is an architect and postdoctoral fellow at the Stanford Sustainability Accelerator. Her vision is to bridge the gap between building technology and sustainable energy efficiency. She founded Micro Zonal Occupant Centric Control (MZOCC). This technology demonstrates up to 60% HVAC energy savings, and she is now exploring its deployment in buildings. She earned her PhD from the Indian Institute of technology (IIT) Kharagpur as a Prime Minister’s Research Fellow (PMRF) and previously led a LEED Platinum infrastructure project in India. Having presented at over 10 international conferences, her decarbonization work earned her the 2025 ISHRAE Youth Changemaker Award.
Sandy Jacolow is the SVP, CTO at Empire State Realty Trust. He oversees technology innovation supporting Financial Control, Leasing, Property Management, ESG, Marketing, and PropTech activities. He also runs ESRT’s IT and OT Cybersecurity programs working closely with the Information Technology and Compliance teams to monitor and mitigate risk associated with today’s cyber threats. He also serves as Lead for the New York InfraGard Real Estate Working Group and is a member of the RECC (Real Estate Cyber Consortium) Executive Council.
As SVP, CIO, Colin Joynt oversees the platform, implementation, and services team at BXP. He brings more than 20 years of IT experience, particularly in the application space, and most recently at NavigatorCRE, an industry leading asset management and reporting solution built on Microsoft technologies. Prior to NavigatorCRE, Colin held SVP of Information Technology roles at Retail Properties of America (RPAI) and Kite Realty Group.
Prasan Kale is the Co-Founder and CEO of Outcome, the AI start button for real estate. With over two decades of experience across various aspects of the commercial real estate industry, Prasan has built a career at the intersection of technology and real estate innovation. Before founding Outcome, Prasan led Rise Buildings, a top tenant experience platform, as CEO and Co-Founder through its acquisition by VTS in 2021.
Supervisory Intelligence Analyst (SIA) Daniel T. Kunz serves in a leadership role at FBI Headquarters and the San Diego Field Office, where he leads a team focused on intelligence reporting and cyber threats. Since joining the FBI in 2007, he has worked crimes against children, domain intelligence, and cybersecurity matters, and since 2015 has led intelligence operations using his technical and legal background. Prior to his federal service, he practiced criminal law and civil litigation after admission to the Utah State Bar. He holds degrees in law and business administration with a focus on computer information systems.
Ken Kurz brings over 20 years of leadership and operational experience in cybersecurity, network technologies, information systems, risk mitigation and remediation, and technical project management to COPT.
