Barak Sahar is Chief Information Officer of Silverstein Properties. In this role, he leads the company’s information technology strategy across its property and corporate portfolios, with a focus on operational resilience and data analytics . Barak oversees enterprise platforms including infrastructure, ERP systems, enterprise AI enablement, automation, and data solutions. Barak has been with Silverstein Properties since 2019, initially serving as VP of Applications before advancing to SVP of Applications & Infrastructure and ultimately to his current role as CIO. Prior to joining Silverstein, he served as a Technical Program Director at Audible, an Amazon company, where he led full-lifecycle delivery for financial, HR, and CRM systems. Earlier in his career, Barak held technology leadership roles at PBF Energy and Ness Technologies, where he built a deep foundation in ERP implementations, M&A integrations, and enterprise application management.

Devang Amin is currently a Senior Business Intelligence + AI Design Analyst at COPT. He focuses on AI design, governance, and applied data work across the enterprise, with an emphasis on practical, governed AI use in commercial real estate.

Tim Dinh is Founder and CEO of StackDC and an authority on AI transformation strategy for operational teams. With 15+ years driving enterprise technology change, he focuses on practical adoption by aligning top-down strategy with bottom-up execution. Tim and his team built StackDC as an enterprise SaaS automation platform for commercial real estate and adjacent sectors, combining AI workflows, structured data capture, and operational analytics. His mission is to equip organizations with tools that reduce manual friction, support frontline teams, and improve efficiency, control, and measurable business outcomes.
