Known for translating technical strategy into measurable business value, Sam has consistently led large-scale ERP implementations, cloud migrations, and enterprise data platform initiatives. He currently serves as Strategic Advisor for DataNimbus, Inc.

Marguerite Westbrook is VP, Technology at EDENS, a nationally leading retail real estate owner, operator and developer. She oversees creating value for the company by improving user productivity through collaboration and data analytics, as well as automation and integration of EDENS’ systems. She is responsible for providing solutions, direction and leadership to align the technology strategy with the company's goals and objectives.

Hayden Hampton, Ph.D., is a Senior Data Scientist at Woolbright Development, where he focuses on applying data science, AI, and automation to complex challenges in commercial real estate.
