Nate joined Stream Realty Partners in 2009 as Operations Manager for the downtown Austin portfolio and is currently a Regional Director of Building Operations. Nate has twenty years of experience in commercial building maintenance and management in all types of building uses including office and industrial; included in this are semi-conductor production facilities, clean rooms, condo buildings, etc.

Connor Cantrell is a Product Manager at Mapped where he delivers strategy for how building data is structured, managed, and leveraged. His unique journey spans servicing mechanical systems, designing control systems, and modeling the data behind unified building data layers. That experience shaped his view that the industry's smartest technologies and use cases will only scale when the data beneath them is properly grounded in the physical world.
