Ali Hoss is the Head of Sustainability & Asset Optimization, Canada at Colliers, where he leads the enterprise-wide strategy, operational transformation, and sustainable investment planning for a commercial real estate portfolio spanning 100 million square feet across Canada. He collaborates closely with some of Canada’s largest pension plans and institutional investors to develop and implement strategies that align financial objectives with sustainability priorities, driving value creation, asset resilience, and risk mitigation. Ali is a Forbes magazine contributor, certified energy manager, author, speaker, and university guest lecturer in engineering and sustainability.

Ben Anderson is a Corporate Sustainability Program Manager at Navy Federal Credit Union, where he leads enterprise-wide environmental initiatives — including LEED v5 O+M and Fitwel certification programs. A Certified Energy Manager, Ben brings a rare combination of analytical rigor, operational depth, and strategic vision to corporate sustainability, having built programs from inception that span energy management, ESG compliance, and workplace wellness. Before transitioning to sustainability, he served as a Deputy Director for Business and Strategy for Naval District Washington.

Victor Iaccino is Vice President, Operations at CT REIT where he oversees the property management and operations teams. Victor has over 15 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining CT REIT in 2016, he held a number of roles at Canadian Tire Real Estate Ltd within their development and operation groups.

Joe Brown is responsible for enhancing technology, innovation, resiliency and sustainability, driving value across KingSett's real estate portfolio of over $16 billion of assets under management. He began his career consulting on energy projects and building commissioning and has spent the last 15 years in building technology and operations through various roles.

Jon Fine leads the Solution Architecture team within Vision’s Technology Center of Excellence supporting both the sales and delivery teams on defining and designing technology solutions to empower our customers businesses and provide solutions that reflect their unique business cultures. Through the years, Jon has served in multiple positions spanning all of Vision’s technologies giving him a unique perspective into wholistic solutions that truly take advantage of IP convergence. He helped define and led Vision’s Integrated Technology Delivery (ITD) initiative for over the past 10 years.

Karl Jónsson is a technology executive, inventor, and entrepreneur focused on power architecture, networking, and intelligent infrastructure. He serves as SVP of Global Hardware Products at AXON Networks, leading broadband access, telco CPE, and enterprise infrastructure products, and is also a board member of Sinclair Digital. Founder of X-PoE and Visiolite LLC, Karl has held leadership roles at LUUM.iO, Cisco Systems, Tridonic, Zumtobel Group, and Belkin International, working across networking, smart buildings, lighting, and IoT platforms. He is named on more than 87 patents and patent applications spanning power systems, networking, IoT, and lighting technologies.
