John Fitzpatrick is a Managing Director and Global Chief Technology Officer of Blackstone Real Estate within the Technology and Innovations group. He is responsible for all aspects of technology across Blackstone Real Estate and our portfolio companies and also oversees the Blackstone Innovations investment program, which seeks to unlock value for our LPs and the firm by taking stakes in targeted, early stage, technology-based investment opportunities.
As SVP, CIO, Colin Joynt oversees the platform, implementation, and services team at BXP. He brings more than 20 years of IT experience, particularly in the application space, and most recently at NavigatorCRE, an industry leading asset management and reporting solution built on Microsoft technologies. Prior to NavigatorCRE, Colin held SVP of Information Technology roles at Retail Properties of America (RPAI) and Kite Realty Group.
Joseph Martino has responsibility for Primaris’ overall Information Technology strategy. He has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Digital Transformation and Technology Operations. Joseph was previously consulting on ERP and major Digital Transformation projects and prior to that, Global VP of Information Technology at a market leader in connected vehicle and sensor technology.
Howard Berger has over 30 years of experience in technology and commercial/investment real estate. As Realcomm's SVP Programs, he manages its US and international conferences and CIO programs. Previously, he was with The Jamesan Group, which specialized in strategic technology consulting for the commercial real estate industry and prior to that, he was with TRW Real Estate Information Systems where he developed real estate information systems for the mortgage, appraisal and title insurance industries.

Yael Urman is Silverstein’s Chief Information Officer and oversees the company’s technology initiatives and strategy. Its Technology Group transforms creative ideas into customer products and services that do not exist anywhere else. The team partners with startups and entrepreneurs from its own Silvertech Ventures to experiment and leverage new technologies while supporting young companies. The Technology Group uses its diverse background, working alongside industry leaders, to translate ideas into practical functions. Yael has previously held various leadership roles in Energy, IT services, Biotech and Pharma.
Guy Vardi is Chief Innovation Officer at Silverstein Properties, where he rethinks how real estate integrates with technology across development, operations, and customer experience. Guy is a serial tech entrepreneur. He co-founded Dojo AI, a patented platform for space planning and workplace analytics that compresses planning cycles from months to minutes. He also co-founded Matific, an award-winning EdTech platform used by millions of K–6 students worldwide, and was a founding member of Oberon Media, where he helped build and scale the Game Center platform to 40 million users. His work centers on user-focused design, data-driven execution, and the application of technology to complex, real-world systems.
Marcel Marra is CTO at QuadReal Property Group, where he leads enterprise technology across digital platforms, data and analytics, cybersecurity, AI, and core business systems. He is responsible for aligning technology with business strategy, enabling growth across operating platforms, and ensuring scalable, resilient, and efficient technology capabilities across the organization. His work focuses on integrating technology into core business operations, strengthening execution, and driving measurable outcomes across a complex, global environment.
Jack Harnett leads the Data Intelligence team for Brookfield Real Estate, overseeing AI, Data Engineering, and Analytics. Over six years at Brookfield, he has focused on building the data and intelligence capabilities that support investment decision-making, portfolio management, and operational scale across the real estate platform. His team develops trusted data foundations, scalable analytics infrastructure, and AI-enabled products that transform raw information into actionable insights. Jack also leads initiatives across enterprise data strategy, governance, cloud data platforms, and Brookfield’s evolving AI ecosystem, including proprietary intelligence tools designed to enhance underwriting, research, and operational workflows.
