American Schools Are Failing Our Kids - Realcomm Needs Your Help!
We need your help! Realcomm is committed to the long-term sustainability and competitiveness of the commercial real estate industry -- and also of our country. One of the most disturbing statistics that threatens our future is the continuing decline in education in the US, and it's time to act. The US currently ranks 18th in Reading, 22nd in Science, and 28th in Math out of industrialized countries. What can we do to help reverse this trend?
For the last two years, Realcomm has held a charity event at our Annual Conference to benefit math and science education in schools in the area where the conference is held. Last year, we had a Texas Hold'Em Poker Tournament that raised $40,000 for After-School-All-Stars, a technology lab in Dallas for underprivileged kids. The event was a big hit!!! Not only did we have an opportunity to get together socially and have some fun, but we also helped raise money for kids in need.
Next week in Boston, at Realcomm 2007, we are holding a Charity Event to benefit Tech Boston, a division of the Boston Public School System that provides for advanced technology training to their students. They are a perfect match for us in terms of their mission of advancing math and science in their schools.
Here's where we need your help. We are asking for your generous donation to support Tech Boston.
Below is a list of the sponsorship opportunities to support this worthy cause. This is an opportunity to make a real difference for the next generation. It is our responsibility to make sure they are equipped with the skills and the opportunities they need to succeed in today's world.
If you agree, please help by sponsoring this event with your tax-deductible donation. All you need to do is click on one of the links below and make your donation by credit card. If you wish to contribute by check, or if you wish to make a donation for another amount, please contact Nancy Stone or call 949-589-0315.
ANY AND ALL DONATIONS ARE WELCOME AND APPRECIATED!!! Thank you.
